Fractures of collarbone are one among the most common fractures in the human body. Although any part of this bone can be involved,the crucial ones are those that involve the outer third of the collar bone and are associated with ligament injuries. They are one of the worst fractures as they commonly affect shoulder movements.

Presenting a case of a young adult with a history of fall on the floor. He sustained an injury to his right shoulder and developed redness and swelling over the shoulder with painful and restricted movements.
