Acl   What is ACL ? It is one of the important ligaments in the knee joint that keeps your knee stable - back & forth and rotational.   How do you get ACL injuries? 1-It is common in sports that involve running, jumping and cutting movements. 2-Landing after a jump. 3-Body rotating with foot fixed on floor. 4- Pivoting injury involving change in direction and deceleration.   Sign & Symptoms Pain, swelling , difficulty walking, instability and popping sound.
