Muscles: muscles are an organ of the human body made out of the muscle tissues. The main function of muscles is to shrink and expand to help the body move, speak, see and chew. These are the set of tissues that control heartbeat, help in breathing, digestion, and vision. Majority of the muscles are attached to the bones of the body and help in supporting and all the basic movements of these bones.

Ligaments: Ligaments are tough fibrous bands of tissues that help connect one bone to another. They are usually found at the joints like shoulder joints, knee joints and hip joints.
